Apps don't contain links to web pages, links are used internally on apps. Theres no HTML links to webpages. The list below contains characteristics of apps
- Absence of links
- Information provided exists separatly from webpages
- Doesn't use HTML links to communicate with the web
Something published only on the app is invisible to Google, and to browsers, until it is given a webpage. If you have downloaded a recipe app and search for a particular dish, you are searching within the app, not across the Web. Any given mobile app could use any of a number of coding languages other than HTML, because it doesn’t have to communicate with all the other websites in the world. --from Pageonepower.com
