Montana
Here is a photo from 2016 in Montana, during the late summer. It was starting to get really cold here, and ended up being freezing cold at night when the train stopped for hours in the middle of the night. The sky was clear and there were stars overhead.

Here is a photo from Colton, California from 2016. This is my best friend, Mishka from back when she was a puppy. She hopped her first freight train here when she was only a few months old. What a badass! She got the luxury treatment in the caboose complete with air conditioning and a view. 💕
Dunsmuir
Here is a photo from Dunsmuir, California from 2016. It was a cold day in the spring up in the mountains. Mishka and I were hanging out with our friends while we were waiting for our next ride. We ended up getting on the next train with 7 other people, and 4 other dogs!
