The Best Cauliflower Steak You've Ever Had.

We all have that one special dish that we know how to make and is one of our go to dishes when we have dinner guests over. Mine happens to be Cauliflower Steak, and let me tell you, I do not dissapoint. Sweet potato fries are my second go to, but I'll save that recipe for another day.


First, let's start with the ingredients:
1 head of Cauliflower
Chicken bouillon
Smoked paprika
Garlic powder
Liquid aminos
Agave
Curry powder
Coconut oil

Here are some step by step instructions for you to keep it nice and simple for ya.


1.You're gonna want to heat up your pan on a medium heat and throw about a spoonful of coconut oil in. Wait for it to melt and start bubbling a bit.

2.While you wait for the oil to warm up, you're gonna want to cut the cauliflower into some steaks. Just cut two thick pieces in the middle and dont worry about the little guys that fall off on the sides. Once those are cut, just pop 'em into the oil to start cooking.

3.Get both the sides of the steaks golden and then we're gonna start adding the spices. Just put a sprinkle of all the spices on both sides, but make sure not to add too much bouillon because it is quite salty. But feel free to add as much as you like of all the others.

4. Once the steak looks about done, pour about a table spoon of aminos onto the cauliflower and let it simmer for a about 2 more minutes.

5.Last but deffinitely not least, we're gonna drizzle on some agave and let it cook for one more minute or so and remember to keep flipping the steaks.
