I start the day by checking/rechecking my schedule for today from a calendar or planner.
I then perform my morning essentials such as brushing my teeth and taking a shower.
I may eat a quick or regular breakfast depending on time. Sometimes I eat toast with butter...other times it may be waffles or cereal.
Depending on the day I may have to report for work or perform some activities at home such as schoolwork or errands.
At the end of the day, however, I end sleeping earlier depending on how much tasks I've done throughout the day. Coffee seems to remedy that situation sometimes.
